I stand behind this warranty because I want you to know how serious we are about quality, value, and service when it comes to enhancing your home.
TRI Square Construction warrantees your entire remodeling project and its equipment against defective materials and workmanship in accordance with the terms of your purchase contract and all applicable Michigan State laws. Unless specifically stated otherwise, in the purchase agreement, the warranty is generally as follows:
Five Year Worry-Free Remodeling Warranty:
- For a period of five (5) years after the warranty date the project shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials due to a failure by contractor to have been constructed within NAHB construction guidelines.
- For a period of five (5) years after the warranty date, the plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems will be free from defects due to a failure by the remodelor to have installed such systems within NAHB construction guidelines.

3. For a period of five (5) years after the warranty date, the project will be free from material defects. A "material defect" means actual physical damage to the following listed load-bearing portions of the home. Any failure of such load-bearing items is limited only to their function and to the extent that the home becomes unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise unlivable: foundation systems and footings, beams, lintels, columns, walls and partitions, floor systems and roof systems.

4. For various equipment installed in the new project, all manufacturers' warranties shall be passed on to the customers. The remodelor's liability shall be limited, however, to only the installation of such equipment.

Free Warranty Inspection Program

This program provides one free Warranty Inspection visit during your warranty period. Simply call us to set up your appointment. We will fully inspect the workmanship we performed on your home. There is no charge for this visit - it is a part of the service that you deserve and have come to expect from us at TRI Square Construction. |
